Massage is the use of hands to manipulate the soft tissue of the body, especially muscles. Holistic massage is also advising the client on the whole well being and this will make your experience more pleasurable and more worth while.
Massage can be used for relaxation, stimulation or rehabilitation of the whole body or part of it.The benifits are:

All massages are done inthe salon on a Tuesday afternoon early evening or in your home in a quite room were family members cannot disturb you.
It will be performed on my mobile couch along with
relaxing music. Please make sure the room chosen is not up loads of stairs and be easy assessable for my mobile coach.
